Some guys, maybe Priest themselves, are riding in the desert. A stop-motion robo-skeleton is created and starts tailing them. He must be the Turbo Lover. There's slap stick parts where people drive by the Turbo Lover and his head pops off. Rob Halford and the rest of the crew dance on the screen in front of it all. In the end, most of the bikers pull off except for one, who remains pursued by the Turbo Lover.

The skeleton robot represents the publicly stigmatized '80s homosexual male, the Turbo Lover representing the cyborg (think simply in terms of being multifaceted) identity that is the '80s gay biker. Fey, but clad in leather. Cool looking, but put into situations that emasculate him. It's an endless cycle as he tries to seek affirmation from the other bikers, or the rest of his culture. There is the possibility that it alludes to the AIDS crisis as the Turbo Lover find his head amidst a pile of helmet-clad biker skeletons and his eventual explosion later in the video, but I think I need to watch the video another thirty times to let that sink in. Three stars.
