| Definitely an eye opener. Derek Bailey offers insight not only into his personal experience as the wildest free-improvisation guitarist of all time, but he breaks inside the head of all these interviewed musicians and frames their perspectives into a clear, unified whole. The only thing limiting it is he doesn't really give enough mic time to improvisations detractors. I would love for him to have cut them down a notch or two. Still, great! | |
